Minimalist Black and White Art
Minimalist black and white art with one red interruption. A slab balanced on a curve, a fault across a pale field, two planes and a wedge of light: single forms photographed close, with most of the frame left empty on purpose.

Black and white does the structural work and the red does the pointing, which is why these hold a wall without crowding it. Nothing here carries a word on it. Printed in the USA, free US shipping, and a damaged arrival is replaced free on a photo.
Questions, Answered
What makes art minimalist rather than just plain?
One subject, one idea, and the confidence to leave the rest of the frame alone. Plain is an empty picture. Minimal is a picture where everything that remains is doing something, which is why the single red element matters more here than it would in a busy print.
Does black and white art work on a dark wall?
Yes, and better than most things do. The pale pieces like Porcelain Fault and Measured Current gain contrast against charcoal paint, while the darker pieces like Shear and Light and Parallax want a light wall behind them instead. Pick the opposite of your wall.
How many minimalist pieces should hang together?
One, usually. These are built to hold a wall alone and they fight each other in a grid. If you want two, give them separate walls or a wide gap, and choose one pale and one dark rather than two of the same weight.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Canvas ships stretched over 0.75 inch pine stretcher bars, with two sawtooth hangers in the box for you to fit. Posters ship rolled and unframed, so you supply the frame.
How long from order to door?
5 to 13 business days door to door, printed for your order and shipped free inside the US, already in the price.
Can I exchange it if I order the wrong size?
No. Each piece is printed for the order. Use the true-scale room views on every product page, and take the larger size when you are between two.
What if it arrives damaged?
Damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered: submit your order number and a photo through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. If your claim qualifies, we print and ship a free replacement. No returns, no refunds.
