Terms of Service

Wallcreed is operated by Leads Capital LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Wallcreed. When these terms say "we," "us," or "Wallcreed," that is who they mean.

Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and you receive an order confirmation by email. Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout, and all prices are in US dollars with free US shipping already included, so the price you see is the price you pay.

If we cannot fulfill an order, for example because of a pricing error or a shipping address we cannot deliver to, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Every Wallcreed piece is printed when you order it, by our US print partners. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That is why production takes a few business days before shipping, and why we do not accept change-of-mind returns; the details are on our Shipping and Returns page. Colors on a screen can differ slightly from ink on paper or canvas; small variations are a normal part of printed work.

All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the copyright of Wallcreed / Leads Capital LLC. Buying a print gives you that physical piece to enjoy; it does not transfer copyright or grant any license to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the artwork in any form.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce our artwork or site content.
• Place fraudulent orders or use payment methods you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site.

We may refuse service or cancel orders connected to any of the above.

In plain words: if there is a problem with your order, our responsibility is to replace it or refund what you paid, and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect losses, like a print arriving after the event you bought it for.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer protection law gives you and does not let us waive.

If you separately opt in, Wallcreed may send non-marketing customer-support and order, fulfillment, shipping, tracking, or delivery updates by text message. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 4 messages per request or order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For support, call 1-888-850-7331 or email info@wallcreed.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
