Privacy Policy

We keep it to what the store actually needs to run:

• Order information. Your name, shipping address, email address, and the pieces you ordered. Payment is handled by Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your email address, if you join the drop list. Only because you typed it in and hit the button.
• Standard analytics. Pages visited, device type, and rough location from your IP address, so we can see what is working on the site.

We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We also do not rent it, trade it, or share it beyond the handful of services listed below that make your order happen.

A few service providers handle your information so your order gets made and delivered. Each one gets only what it needs for its job:

• Shopify runs our checkout and processes payments.
• Printify and its US print partners receive your name and shipping address to print and deliver your order.
• Our email service provider stores your email address if you subscribe to the drop list, so we can send you the newsletter.
• Our analytics tools process standard, aggregated site-usage data.

The site uses a small number of cookies: essential ones that keep your cart and checkout working, and standard analytics cookies that help us understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart may not work without the essential ones.

Want to know what we have on you, fix something, or have it deleted? Email info@wallcreed.com from the address tied to your order or subscription and we will take care of it. Every newsletter we send also has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Wallcreed is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this policy says we never do.
