- How big will this actually look on my wall?
- Every product page shows the piece at true scale in two rooms that match its collection (office, waiting room, home gym, bedroom, dining room or living room), measured against real furniture such as a 60 inch desk, an 84 inch sofa or a 48 inch bench, plus a real-size view with a person in frame. Sizes are in inches, width first. Every size prints from the same full-resolution master, so lines stay sharp even at the largest sizes, 36x48 and the 60x30 panoramic.
- Does it arrive ready to hang?
- Canvas yes. It ships stretched over a 0.75 inch pine frame with a sawtooth hanger already mounted to the top bar and rubber bumpers on the back corners: hang it on a single nail or screw. Posters ship rolled and unframed, so you supply the frame.
- Is the canvas stretched tight, and will the frame warp?
- Tight, yes; warp, no. High quality canvas, a cotton-polyester composite at 9.82 ounces per square yard, stretched taut over responsibly sourced pine. Finished sizes can vary by up to one eighth of an inch, which is the production tolerance.
- Will the colors match what I see on screen?
- Screens emit light and canvas reflects it, so a print reads slightly deeper than the same image on a bright monitor. Most pieces are built in charcoal and bone with one light source, which survives that shift well - dark, high-contrast art is the kind that looks even better in person than on a phone.
- How long from order to door?
- Your piece does not exist until you order it. The print run takes 2 to 5 business days: a canvas is printed, stretched by hand over pine and boxed with protected corners; posters roll into rigid tubes. Then 3 to 8 business days to your door, so plan on 5 to 13 door to door. Shipping is free inside the US and the price already includes it.
- What if it arrives damaged?
- Rare, because everything leaves well packaged: posters roll into rigid tubes and canvas ships boxed with protected corners. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, submit your order number and a photo through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. If your claim qualifies, we print and ship a free replacement. You keep the original - no returns, no refunds.
- Can I exchange it if I order the wrong size?
- No. Each piece is printed for the order, so there is nowhere to send it back to. That is why every product page carries the true-scale room views and the real-size view. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
- Canvas vs poster: which should I get?
- Canvas arrives finished and hangs the day it lands, already stretched on its wooden frame, with no glass to catch glare from a lamp or a window. Poster ships rolled at a lower price and lets you match a frame style you already run through the house.
